Cell Phone Queries
The first query is by ami :
hi , which is better to purschsed in terms of features and looks apple i phone or lg kp 500
Although both of them are touch phones, both are miles apart from each other. The prime difference being the touch technology used in them. While the LG KP500 uses resistive touch that uses stylus, iPhone has capacitive touch using your fingers. iPhone touch is a pleasure to use and the UI is way beyond what the KP500 has to offer. But iPhone has its own limitations such as its locked to a single carrier and loads of missing features such as no video recording, no MMS, no bluetooth etc. But you can get all these if you decide to jailbreak but that voids warranty. So its really a barter system with the iPhone. With KP500 you get all the features in a single package but the application support is very little.
For me, the deciding factor between the two phones would be the budget. If you have loads of cash to burn, then there is no reason on why you should not buy the iPhone. LG KP500 on the other hand is targeted towards medium-budget category. Look up your wallet and decide, which one it is going to be!
The second query is by aamir :
i want a nokia mobile upto 19K. i want a good music player voice recorder and preferably a touchscreen. Is the 5800 xpress music good?
Well, you have hit the nail on the head with Nokia 5800 XpressMusic. The touch phone by Nokia perfectly fits all your needs. Nokia 5800 XpressMusic has decent touch capabilities and with future firmware upgrades the glitches in the software should iron out. Music capabilities of XpressMusic phones in undoubtedly great and 5800XM is no exception. I am not sure if voice recorder is present on the phone or not, most probably it should be but if isn’t then there are many Symbian application to do the task efficiently. The phone fits your budget perfectly and there is no reason why you should no go with this one.
