Xbox 360 Quick Charge Kit

Xbox 360 Quick Charge KitWireless controllers are amazing. The fact that you don’t have to be tethered down to the console is amazing. The Xbox 360 wireless controllers are really nice, you can be 20 feet away playing the game and having no idea whats going on :P The thing I dislike about wireless controllers is changing the batteries when they die. This can be really annoying if your batteries die during an important game and there aren’t any to replace it with.

Microsoft though of this and came out with the Xbox 360 Quick Charge Kit. The kit will recharge your Xbox 360 rechargeable battery packs (the lithium-ion one) in a few hours and give you over 25 hours of game play. The great thing about this kit is that it comes with one rechargeable battery pack so you don’t need to buy one.

Here are a few of the technical specifications for the Quick Charge Kit:

  • Street price: $29.99
  • Charges two Rechargeable Battery Packs
  • Includes one Rechargeable Battery Pack

Microsoft Optical Desktop Elite

Microsoft Optical Desktop EliteKeyboards are not what they used to be. When I got my first desktop it came with a very large and chunky PS/2 mouse and keyboard and it was awful. There was absolutely no ergonomic design to it and you’re wrists would hurt if you used it to much. Keyboards and mice now-a-days are much different. People are worried about their health so they demand well made keyboards.

The Microsoft Optical Desktop Elite is a nice ergonomic keyboard and mouse combo with one other great feature, BLUETOOTH! Instead of having to plug it into the nearest PS/2 port or a USB port it works entirely off of bluetooth to create a totally wire free workstation.

Here are a few of the technical specifications for the Desktop Elite:

  • Street price: $129.95
  • Bluetooth Wireless Technology
  • 4-Way Scrolling on your Mouse
  • E-mail and Internet Hot Keys
  • Customizable Buttons
  • USB Transciever Included

Solio Hybrid 1000

Solio Hybrid 1000I love camping. Being outside, living off the land is really fun in my mind. The problem is though, that I rather enjoy my gadgets and living without them can be hard at times. When I go camping one gadget that I need to have is my cell phone in case of emergencies. My cell phone unfortunately doesn’t have a great battery life though so instead of carrying around a large generator I’ve found this new gadget to power my cell phone.

The Solio Hybrid 1000 is a very neat device. According to the manufacturer, the Hybrid 1000 will store power for up to one year. The charger is ‘hybrid’ because it can receive power from a regular socket or from the sun.

A full Solio H1000 will charge a typical mobile phone once or give 10 hours of MP3 music - just 1 hour of sunshine = 15 minutes talk time or 40 minutes of MP3 music.

Here are a few of the technical specifications for the Hybrid 1000:

  • Street price: $69.95
  • 4.6 oz
  • 3.7V Li-Io battery
  • 3 different connectors included

MacBook Pro

Macbook ProFor years now Apple have been known for their stylish computer designs. They offer entry level laptops all the way up to professional level laptops.

The MacBook Pro continues Apple’s metal-themed industrial design for its “professional” market. The design has aged gracefully, with refinements such as a wider trackpad to match the widescreen display, smaller corner radiuses contributing to an impression of precision, and dual latches to hold the display shut. Technical improvements have included improved AirPort antennas, the new ExpressCard/34 slot, MagSafe power connector, and of course the built-in iSight camera and Apple Remote control, all introduced in the original MacBook Pro 18 months ago.

Here are a few of the technical specifications for the MacBook Pro:

  • Street price: $1999
  • 2.4GHz Intel Core 2 Duo

Motorola V360Often times Hardware Review blogs review the high end products and miss out on the low end products that most people will buy. So far here, we’ve done just that reviewing phones like the Nokia N82, HTC Touch, and the Sony Ericsson P1i. Xbox 360 Messenger Kit

Xbox 360 Messenger KitI love my Xbox 360. In my opinion it’s the best console in the 3rd Generation because I think it’s the most versatile. It has amazing graphics, a number of really great games and great online capabilities. The 360 allows you to chat with your friends, challenge people in games and just have a fun time.

Unfortunately before now, if you wanted to have a long talk with your friends over the 360 the only way to do that was to plug in a USB keyboard. This was really annoying especially if you didn’t have one laying around the house.

Microsoft has fixed these problems with the Xbox 360 Messenger Kit. The messenger kit gives you the full power of a 46 key full QWERTY keyboard that plugs into the bottom of your 360 controller.

Here are a few of the technical specifications for the Xbox 360 Messenger Kit:

  • Street price: $29.99
  • Chat on Xbox LIVE
  • Attaches seamlessly to your Xbox 360 Controller
  • Backlit buttons
  • Includes the Xbox 360 Wired Headset
