I posted this problem from so many sites nothing finds good so plz do help me in this matter…. Plz mail to me regarding this problem

The problem lies with port forwarding. I hope you are aware what that means. If not, it means that you need to configure your router to allow data exchange freely through the port used by uTorrent. In the uTorrent window, check at the bottom just left to the download speed, what is the network status. It must be showing network problem as the port is not forwarded. To solve the problem, you need to open up the router configuration page and forward the port. Detailed instruction for your router can be found here.

The second query is by Jay :

Can you teach me on how to use system restore on my Windows XP?
I’ve got questions like when I use it, can it remove virus when it restores to its ’saved point’. And please tell me how to use it properly such as how, when, and why use it. I really want to know if it can remove virus when it restores to its previous state because my anti-virus is somewhat a crap.
And can you suggest the BEST FREE anti-virus that I can download?

Thanks. And more power!

In 99.9% of the cases, virus will not be removed using System Restore but in very rare cases it can be removed via System Restore. System Restore uninstalls programs installed after the restore point and viruses are not programs that can be detected by Windows. System restore is best used when a certain program/driver after installation causes conflicts with other programs/drivers and prevents system from starting up. It also restores system settings to those present at restore point. System restore is quick fix solution to minor problems, but keeping a backup is the best way to be safe in case of a major problem.

Among the best free anti-virus solutions available in the market, I would recommend AVG. It has a good virus detection rates, is easy on system resources and has a nice and clean interface. Avast is a good alternative to AVG which is also free. If you can spend a few bucks then Kaspersky is worth spending money on and is available pretty cheap in the Indian market.
