The build quality of the earphones is exceptionally good considering the price.Shure always takes great pains to ensure that the earphones undergo minimum wear and tear even when used for long periods of time.That includes a thick cable, rubber protection around the cable and earphones which is the most sensitive part of the earphones and tends to break with rough usage.Thicker cable also ensures minimal knots that form when the earphones are not in use.

To ensure comfortability and durability of the earphones Shure has included a various types of “Fit Kit” which are of various sizes and can be chosen by the user to fit according to the size of the ear.This measure is bound to go down well with all the buyers.Some other accessories that are included with the earphones include a zip-up carrying pouch which is a rarity to find with a product like earphones and a cleaning tool to help you keep the earphones clean.You couldn’t have expected more than that in a budget earphone!

The performance of the earphones is great to say the least.It surpasses the sound quality that was delivered by previous sub-$100 offerings from Shure itself.Although the detailing is not as fine as found is say Shure SE310 set of earphones but the difference is hardly noticeable.Bass is the forte of the earphones.You will have plenty of bass to enjoy.The earphones lack a bit of detailing in low-end and high-end frequency sounds.

The Sound Isolation feature is great and helps keeps the outside environment sound at bay.It also prevents the sound produced by the earphones from getting lost in the surroundings.Choosing a right pair of earbud from the “Fit Kit” is the key to making the most out of this feature.
