Wireless Modem and Webcam Query

I found you on Google.
I have a friend in FL who bought a web cam, installed the software, but doesn’t know what comes next; how does he communicate with someone else?
He has comcast cable service for his ISP.How does he actually communicate, preferably without having to set up another ISP?
Its a pleasure that you found us through Google and found us worth enough of your query. Installing the webcam drivers was the first thing that has been accomplished by your friend. And that was the last thing that had been done! Put simply, he needs to launch a video conferencing service using any of the popular chat clients such as Yahoo! Messenger or Skype and they will detect your friend’s webcam installed. When a video conferencing is initiated the webcam will start functioning automatically. This process does not have anything related to what ISP you are using as you just need internet connectivity for video conferencing.

Hi every one.I bought wireless modem from US 2 months ago it`s linksys 160N and i`m from Europe (Bulgaria) and i try to use the modem with mu ADSL Internet but i think somethink is not working right.Do i need to update the the version of the modem or somethink like that to get it work. Thanks in advance!
Wireless modems are region free and would work anywhere around the world unless they come combined with built in ADSL+ support that can be ISP/region specific. In your case, this isn’t the problem as you have a simple wireless modem. You haven’t specified what problem you are exactly encountering while setting up the wireless router. Look up on google for method to configure the specific router with an ADSL modem and you should be up and running within minutes.
